Without compromising your privacy, we also wish to offer you, from time to time, top-notch services that we believe can help you achieve your objectives. Safekeeping of customer information is a high priority at Remote Outsource. We will continue to maintain the high standards necessary to ensure that your information is always kept private and secure.

Remote Outsource safeguards information about you according to established security procedures designed to prevent unauthorized access. We continually assess new information protection technology. We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is stored and maintained in a secure environment. We have implemented procedures to ensure that your information is only made available to such designated staff as necessary to carry out the stated purposes that we have communicated to you.

In conducting business with Remote Outsource, we collect and maintain various types of information about our customers, including:

- Information sharing is in the normal course of business, e.g., with credit reporting agencies.

Marketing of Remote Outsource Products and Services
From time to time, the Company may promote its products and services directly to customers. If you do not want to receive these offers, you may ask the company not to include you by following the "opt-out" procedures below.

Where are the remote staff located
Most of our staff are in the Philippines and some are from various countries (United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, and India)
What Time zone do you follow
We follow all time zones (EST, PST, MST, CST, etc.)
What currency will I be billed
It will always be, US Dollars (USD).
How often will I billed
Just once a month depending on your service period. Every completion of 80 hours/month for part-time staff and 160 hours/month for full-time staff.
Will I be on a lock-in contract
Definitely no. This is sort of a month-to-month basis. We only require at least 15-day notice before discontinuing the service to prepare the staff from the transition and to avoid the company from incurring additional expenses for renewing any internal tools of the staff which will no longer be used for the next service period.
